For the first time, every owner has the opportunity to verify these values, as well as the technical criteria on the basis of which they were established.The new cadastral values will enter into force in 2027 and will constitute the basis for calculating taxes on homes, apartments, agricultural land, garages and other types of real estate.We encourage you to watch the video produced by the Agency and inform yourself correctly and in advance.
